9D Breathwork session - Full System Reset

I had a really great experience during the 9D System Reset. It was powerful and so well structured. At times, the vibrations through my body had me feeling like I was levitating off the ground. The top of the experience was insane, so much lucid imagery. I felt so much intense emotion leaving my body and with each breath I was reinforced with an absolute clarity and acceptance about who I am. 

I have been vibrating at such a high level and feel reconnected to myself and the people who matter in my life. I will certainly recommend the experience far and wide.

Mindful Resurgence

I recently participated in one of Liam's online breathwork and reset sessions, with absolutely no idea what to expect or what I wanted/was going to achieve. So the end result was phenomenal.
Literally, all it is, is breathing, but the power of it and what it can do for you is insane. Probably my entire life I've carried stress in varying amounts, and it would manifest itself in physical ways in my body; tight neck & shoulders, sore muscles, painful knots, feeling heavy & lethargic... I've spent lots of money at physios and Remedial massages 😂
Halfway through this session, I was overcome with emotion, and I accepted it and let it flow.
By ¾ of the way through,  my body felt so....light, loose, fluid almost, and just kind of free. No muscle tightness at all. 
I continued with the breathwork, leaving me feeling more, well, empty, but in a good way, than I have in a very long time. And the lethargy I've been experiencing recently was also gone.
Quite honestly, the entire experience was profound. Liberating even.

For anyone who has not tried breath work before, you will be amazed. I had a reset session with Liam and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome I felt afterwards.
I have tried other therapies prior and yes had felt some benefit.
Nothing compared to the breathwork session.  The breathing itself is actually harder than you think but not overwhelming.
Liam does a great job guiding you through the experience.
Afterwards I felt connected, buzzing, alive, happy and super chilled and relaxed.  The first time my mind, soul and muscles felt truely relaxed.
I will be back for more.
It’s so important that we maintain our self care and this is a great start.
Do yourself a favour and try it.
The best part is you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
